The Elgin Foot and Ankle Center has serviced the Elgin Community for several generations. Dr. Hess practiced for 50 years, and Dr. Ken Jacoby took over and served the Elgin Community for 37 years.

First practicing on Summit street followed by an office attached to the old Sherman Hospital and now in a medical complex on Fletcher for the last 20 years, Dr. Ken Jacoby served on several hospital committees and truly pioneered podiatry in the Elgin Area.   For the last 5 years of Dr. Ken Jacoby’s career, he practiced with his son Dr. Cory Jacoby who then took over the office when he retired and is now on his 10th year of practice in Elgin.

Dr. Cory Jacoby serves on several committees at both local hospitals as well as currently sits on the ILAPPS executive committee helping to ensure the future of podiatry.

Dr. Cory Jacoby has been practicing with associates Dr. Beata Bialon, Dr. Ridhi Kratzmeyer and Dr. Ali Malik and off 4 of these providers are going to continue to practice in Elgin at the same location now under the auspices of Weil Foot and Ankle.
