Our 100% dedicated, in-house call center handles more than 160,000 patient calls per year. Call center staff have specialized training to be the front line in handling all patient calls, so interactions with patients are more effective and seamless, with the end-goal of keeping patients satisfied, schedules full and your clinic staff focused on the patients already at your location.
