Dr. Jillian Cabai grew up in the west suburbs of Chicago, where she was active in multiple travel softball leagues and sustained multiple ankle injuries. This inspired her to pursue podiatry. Today, she is board-certified in foot and ankle surgery.
Dr. Cabai attended the University of Dayton, in Ohio where she obtained a pre-medicine degree in 2011. After a year of working in healthcare, she attended The William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in North Chicago, graduating in 2016. She then completed three years of surgical residency at Illinois Masonic Medical Center in Chicago, serving as chief resident during her third year.
Dr. Cabai values compassion and communication with her patients and prides herself on being able to connect with them on a personal level. She is always eager to educate herself on the latest advances within the field to be able to provide the best care possible to her patients.
Her specialties include Sports Medicine, Trauma, Forefoot Reconstruction, Ultrasound guided injections, EPAT, Lapiplasty, SWIFT, minimally invasive surgery.
Dr. Cabai lives in Chicago with her husband, a Chicago firefighter. Together they enjoy spending time with their two daughters, cooking, exploring new restaurants, traveling, going to the gym, and cheering on Chicago sports teams. Dr. Cabai is also an amateur fashion and interior designer and is a fan of attending country music concerts.
