Dr. Joshua Kim is a native of Virginia, born and raised in the Richmond area. He received his undergraduate training at Virginia Commonwealth University with a bachelor’s degree in Biology and a minor in Mathematics. Dr. Kim went on to receive his Doctorate at Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia, PA. Following graduation, he went on to complete his surgical training at Bryn Mawr Hospital, where he served as Chief Resident during his third year of Residency. During his training, Dr. Kim completed training in Sports Medicine injuries, Infectious Diseases, Diabetic Limb Salvage, Arthroscopy, and Traumatology. He also co-authored several posters and presentations at national conferences during his time in Residency.
Dr. Kim is board certified podiatrist and is also a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association as well as the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons.
Dr. Kim enjoys watching movies, playing video games, running, cooking, playing basketball, and traveling.
