Dr. Melanie Vaisberg is a podiatric physician with SoCal Foot Care.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition Science with a pre-med track from Florida International University in 2018 before receiving her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from the Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science – Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in 2023. Dr. Vaisberg completed her residency at Swedish Hospital at Endeavor Health in Chicago, Illinois in 2026.

Dr. Vaisberg provides comprehensive foot and ankle care with expertise in both conservative and surgical treatment. Her clinical interests include diabetic foot care, wound care, bunion surgery, pediatric podiatry, sports medicine, and general podiatric surgery. She has a particular interest in diabetic wound care and is committed to delivering personalized, patient-centered care for every individual she treats. As a bilingual physician, she enjoys connecting with patients from different backgrounds and is dedicated to providing personalized, patient-centered care to the San Diego community. Dr. Vaisberg believes that clear communication and strong patient relationships are essential to achieving the best possible outcomes and helping patients feel confident throughout their treatment journey.

Outside of work, Dr. Vaisberg enjoys spending time with her family and their rescue dog. She loves cooking, traveling, exploring bookstores, coffee shops, and restaurants, creating educational health content on social media, and making time for daily family walks as well as the occasional yoga or Pilates class.

Dr. Vaisberg supports patients in English and Spanish.
