Keith Crenshaw, DPM

Dr. Keith Crenshaw is a podiatric physician with SoCal Foot Care.

He earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Arizona State University in 2015 before completing a Master of Science in Biology at Arizona State University in 2016. He received his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine in 2022. Dr. Crenshaw completed his Podiatric Medicine and Surgery Residency with Reconstructive Rearfoot/Ankle Surgery (PMSR/RRA) at Mount Auburn Hospital in Cambridge, Massachusetts, while also training with Tufts Medical Center and Elliot Hospital. He also completed the prestigious Phoenix Foot and Ankle Institute Fellowship, where he received advanced training in complex reconstructive foot and ankle surgery. During his residency, he also served as a Clinical Fellow of Surgery at Harvard Medical School.

Dr. Crenshaw provides comprehensive medical and surgical care for the full spectrum of foot and ankle conditions. His clinical interests include total ankle replacement, minimally invasive surgery, bunion correction, Charcot reconstruction, deformity correction, pediatric foot and ankle care, sports medicine, trauma, regenerative treatments, limb preservation, and complex revision surgery. He has developed particular expertise in reconstructive foot and ankle procedures through advanced fellowship training and remains actively involved in clinical research, peer-reviewed publications, and surgical education. Dr. Crenshaw is committed to combining the latest evidence-based techniques with individualized treatment plans to help patients relieve pain, restore mobility, and return to the activities they enjoy.

Outside of work, Dr. Crenshaw enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, mountain biking, and playing soccer.
