Dr. Kate Steklachich is a podiatric physician with SoCal Foot Care.
She earned her undergraduate degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from Mount Union University in 2004. She received her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine in 2008. Dr. Steklachich completed her residency at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in 2011. She furthered her training through the IMSC Sports Medicine Fellowship in 2014.
Dr. Steklachich provides comprehensive foot and ankle care with a particular focus on sports medicine and wound care. She treats diabetic foot conditions, traumatic injuries, plantar plate disorders, and conditions requiring revision or reconstructive treatment. Her experience includes both surgical and regenerative approaches, allowing her to develop individualized treatment plans focused on relieving pain, restoring function, and helping patients remain active.
Outside of work, Dr. Steklachich enjoys spending time with her family, running, baking, reading, and organizing.
