Dr. Ronny Alfandari is a podiatrist with University Foot & Ankle Institute.
He earned his undergraduate degree in Economics and Biochemistry from the University of Arizona in 2001. He completed his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine at Barry University School of Podiatric Medicine in 2007. Dr. Alfandari completed his foot and ankle surgical residency at the VA Greater Los Angeles/Olive View UCLA in 2010.
Dr. Alfandari specializes in comprehensive foot and ankle care, including sports injuries, biomechanics, orthotics, and preventative podiatric care. He is experienced in treating heel pain, flat feet, plantar fasciitis, bunions, neuromas, hammer toes, ingrown nails, nail fungus, ankle sprains, and ankle instability. His clinical expertise includes diabetic foot care, pediatric podiatry, podiatric surgery, regenerative treatments, trauma, shockwave therapy, and sports medicine.
He values family, community, and an active lifestyle. Outside of work, Dr. Alfandari enjoys traveling, exploring new cultures and cuisines, staying active through fitness and outdoor activities, and expressing his creativity through music and the arts. He is passionate about building meaningful relationships and mentoring others.
