Dr. Sukhranjan Nijjar is a podiatrist with Bay Area Foot Care.

She earned her undergraduate degree in Microbial Biology from the University of California, Berkeley in 2017. She completed her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine at the California School of Podiatric Medicine in 2022. Dr. Nijjar completed her foot and ankle surgical residency at the Kaiser San Francisco Bay Area Foot and Ankle Residency Program in 2025, where she served as Chief Resident.

Dr. Nijjar specializes in foot and ankle trauma, reconstruction, sports medicine, and limb salvage. She is experienced in advanced procedures such as minimally invasive surgery, plantar plate repair, pediatric podiatry, rearfoot reconstruction, and diabetic foot care. Her clinical interests also include bunion surgery, sports injuries, podiatric surgery, trauma, and wound management.

Born and raised in the Bay Area, Dr. Nijjar is passionate about giving back to the community that shaped her. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, cooking, and exploring scenic spots throughout Northern California and beyond.

Dr. Nijjar supports patients in English, Punjabi, Hindi, and Urdu.
