Dr. Milad Kashani is a podiatric physician with Integrative Foot and Ankle Centers of Washington.

He earned his undergraduate degree in Biology from Virginia Tech University, graduating summa cum laude. He went on to receive his Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine, where he graduated as valedictorian of his class. Dr. Kashani completed an elite foot and ankle surgery residency at Swedish Medical Center in Seattle, where he served as chief resident and trained alongside top podiatric and orthopedic surgeons in the Pacific Northwest.

Dr. Kashani provides comprehensive foot and ankle care grounded in evidence-based medicine and a strong commitment to patient-centered treatment. He prioritizes conservative management whenever possible, reserving surgery as the final option. As a well-established surgeon, he has developed notable expertise and interest in minimally invasive techniques. Beyond his clinical practice, Dr. Kashani is actively involved in medical education, contributing to the training of future foot and ankle surgeons through the Swedish Foot and Ankle Surgery residency program. He has also shared his research and clinical insights at numerous national conferences.

Originally from Tehran, Dr. Kashani immigrated to the United States at a young age. He currently resides in Redmond, Washington with his wife. In his free time, he enjoys reading, swimming, watching documentaries, and spending time with his family.
