Dr. Saad Rashid is a podiatrist with Bay Area Foot Care.
He earned his undergraduate degree in Biochemistry with an emphasis in medical science from the University of California, Riverside in 2018. He completed his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine at the California School of Podiatric Medicine in 2022 and finished his foot and ankle surgical residency at the Jerry L. Pettis Memorial Center in 2025.
Dr. Rashid offers comprehensive foot and ankle care with special interests in bunion surgery, diabetic foot care, sports medicine, plantar plate repair, trauma, wound management, and regenerative treatments. He is also trained in minimally invasive surgical techniques and Lapiplasty®. His clinical expertise includes podiatric surgery, pediatric podiatry, shockwave therapy, and arthroscopy.
A lifelong soccer enthusiast, Dr. Rashid enjoys traveling to Europe to watch his favorite teams, Bayern Munich and Manchester City. He has played soccer since childhood and brings the same passion to his patient care. A native of the Sacramento area, he is the oldest of four siblings. Dr. Rashid and his wife are avid foodies who love exploring new restaurants and cuisines.
Dr. Rashid supports patients in English, Urdu, and Punjabi.
