Dr. Jonathan Abraham is a Bay Area native and is honored to return home to serve the community in which he grew up. Dr. Abraham is a veteran of the United States Air Force, which took him all over the world. It was through his time in the military that he discovered his passion for medicine and getting people back on their feet.
Dr. Abraham is a fellowship-trained foot and ankle surgeon and is a board-qualified podiatrist by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery®. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology at CSU East Bay and his Doctorate at the California School of Podiatric Medicine in Oakland.
He completed his surgical residency in both forefoot and rearfoot at Olive View Medical Center-UCLA and the West LA VA Medical Center with an emphasis on limb preservation and trauma. He was later selected as a surgical fellow at the Coachella Valley Foot and Ankle Institute with an emphasis on minimally invasive techniques, reconstruction, and total ankle replacements. During his training, he had the opportunity to serve as part of the clinical faculty at Western University, where he worked with semi-pro football players and active-duty military.
When he is not treating patients, Dr. Abraham enjoys traveling, hiking, surfing, playing soccer, and spending time with family.
