Dr. David Laver was born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where he completed his undergraduate education at Temple University. He went on to attain his doctorate degree from the Temple University College of Podiatric Medicine. His second year of surgical residency brought him to Bay Area’s Hayward Vesper Hospital, where he fell in love with the community.
Dr. Laver started his solo practice in Union City in 1980 before relocating to his current location in Fremont in 1996. He is certified by the American Board of Foot & Ankle Surgery®.
Dr. Laver has decades of experience providing exceptional, gentle podiatric services with an emphasis on conservative management, diabetic foot care, and in-office surgery. He offers personalized treatment plans to address a wide range of podiatric conditions and promote optimal foot health for his patients.
A strong believer in giving back to the community, Dr. Laver served as President of the Union City Rotary Club and President of the Union City Chamber of Commerce.
He supports patients in both English and Spanish.
