LOCATIONS:

Dr. Robert H. Leaming is an exceptionally well-trained foot and ankle surgeon with extensive experience in both cosmetic and reconstructive foot and ankle procedures.

He received his bachelor’s degree at The University of Maryland and his doctorate at Temple University. He went on to do a three-year residency in reconstructive foot and ankle surgery at Yale New Haven University Hospital, where he served as Chief Resident and earned the Yale School of Medicine Academic Achievement Award.

Dr. Leaming is an Associate of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and is Board qualified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery®. He also serves as a clinical faculty member at Yale School of Medicine.

Dr. Leaming’s specialties include Arthroscopy, Bunion repair, Regenerative Medicine, Trauma, and Sports Medicine.

Outside of work, Dr. Leaming enjoys keeping active!

“I have a dedicated interest in outdoor activities, skiing, surfing, mountain biking, which underscore my commitment to an active lifestyle. I feel a sense of adventure and resilience, qualities that I also apply to my professional endeavors. I also cherish family time, often spent in nature through camping excursions, creating memories that fuel my sense of purpose,” said Dr. Leaming. “I leverage my passion and expertise to coach baseball and football, serving as a mentor to young athletes. I also find solace in off-roading adventures, which offers both challenges and opportunities for exploration, further shaping my holistic approach to life.”
