Dr. Nathan Fletcher is a podiatric physician with Nevada Foot & Ankle.
He earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Utah Valley University in 2019 before receiving his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from Samuel Merritt University College of Podiatric Medicine in 2023. Dr. Fletcher completed his Podiatric Medicine and Surgery Residency at Phoenixville Hospital Tower Health in 2026, where he served as Chief Resident. He was also nominated for the AOA Honor Medical Society in recognition of the leadership qualities he demonstrated during residency.
Dr. Fletcher provides comprehensive foot and ankle care for patients of all ages through both conservative and surgical treatment. His clinical interests include sports medicine, traumatic injuries, foot and ankle deformities, minimally invasive surgery, reconstructive foot and ankle surgery, diabetic foot care, regenerative treatments, pediatric podiatry, and wound management. He is committed to evidence-based medicine, preventive care, and personalized treatment plans that improve quality of life. Known for his approachable, empathetic style and clear communication, Dr. Fletcher works closely with each patient to help them understand their condition and achieve the best possible outcome.
Originally from Utah, Dr. Fletcher enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and children. As a family, they enjoy hiking, camping, playing sports, visiting amusement parks, traveling, and exploring state and national parks. He also enjoys creating ceramics in his free time.
