Dr. Joshua Treimer is a podiatrist with Foot and Ankle Specialists of West Michigan.
He earned his undergraduate degree in Biokinetics/Biology from Bethel University. He completed his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine at Des Moines University in 2022. Dr. Treimer completed his residency at Advent Health East Orlando in 2025.
Dr. Treimer believes in a tailored approach to care, balancing conservative treatment with surgical intervention when appropriate. With a background in sports medicine, he brings a problem-solving mindset to each patient case—particularly when others have failed to find solutions. His clinical interests include minimally invasive surgery, foot and ankle reconstruction, sports injuries, regenerative therapies, and second opinions.
Born and raised in Minnesota, Dr. Treimer was deeply influenced by sports throughout his life and college years. He lives with his wife Hannah, their two children, and their black lab. The family enjoys an active outdoor lifestyle. Dr. Treimer is a man of faith who strives to live a life that honors Jesus Christ.
