Dr. Jessica Arneson is a podiatric physician with Artisan Foot & Ankle Specialists.

She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania, where she majored in the Biological Basis of Behavior and completed a minor in Healthcare Management through the Wharton School of Business, graduating in 2013. She then received her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in 2017, graduating in the top 10 of her class. Dr. Arneson completed her residency at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital/Washington Hospital Center in 2020, where she served as Chief Resident, before completing an advanced Foot and Ankle Orthopedic Reconstructive Surgery Fellowship at The CORE Institute in 2021.

Dr. Arneson specializes in comprehensive foot and ankle care with advanced expertise in complex reconstructive surgery, total ankle replacement, limb salvage, Charcot reconstruction, deformity correction, sports injuries, trauma, and diabetic foot care. Her fellowship training at The CORE Institute provided extensive experience in primary and revision total ankle replacement, advanced reconstructive procedures, and complex hindfoot and ankle pathology. Throughout her career she has remained active in clinical research, authoring numerous peer-reviewed publications, textbook chapters, and national conference presentations focused on diabetic limb preservation, wound care, trauma, and reconstructive foot and ankle surgery. She is committed to providing evidence-based, compassionate care that helps patients regain mobility and return to the activities they enjoy.

Outside of work, Dr. Arneson enjoys traveling with her fiancé, exploring national parks, reading, boating, and spending time with their dog, Leo, and two cats, Kona and Poppy. A former Division I softball player and team captain at the University of Pennsylvania, she continues to value an active lifestyle and brings that same dedication and teamwork to caring for her patients.
