Dr. Andrew Brown is a podiatrist with Foot and Ankle Specialists of West Michigan.

He earned his undergraduate degree in Biochemistry from the University of Maryland in 2018. He completed his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine at Des Moines University College of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery in 2022. Dr. Brown completed his residency at Ascension Genesys in 2025.

Dr. Brown is highly trained in minimally invasive bunion surgery and specializes in rearfoot and ankle deformity reconstruction, sports medicine, and diabetic limb salvage. He brings a patient-centered approach to his practice, emphasizing conservative care when possible and surgical intervention when necessary.

Raised in an Air Force family, Dr. Brown lived in various places around the world and developed a strong appreciation for veterans and their healthcare needs. A former competitive soccer player and collegiate marching band saxophonist, his own foot and ankle injuries inspired his path into podiatry. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, baking, and playing video and board games with friends. He’s on a personal mission to explore West Michigan by bicycle, visiting local breweries and wineries along the way.
