Monica Rai is a physical therapist with nearly two decades of experience in Outpatient Orthopedics, Neurology, and Post-Acute Rehabilitation. Monica has been a part of Foot & Ankle Associates since November 2022 and has had the opportunity to establish and provide physical therapy services for podiatric patients in Los Gatos. Monica received her Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from Guru Nanak Dev University in India in 2008 and has since worked in both inpatient acute care and outpatient rehabilitation settings. Monica’s expertise also extends to Sports Medicine, Pediatrics, and Neurological Rehabilitation. In 2015, Monica moved to the United States and obtained my Physical Therapy License for the state of California.
As a healthcare professional, Monica is passionate about facilitating meaningful improvements in my patients’ lifestyles and functional abilities. Outside of the clinic, Monica is a devoted mother to my two little children. Monica enjoys exploring the outdoors and traveling with my family. Monica also enjoys hosting friends and cooking Indian cuisine for them. It is noteworthy that Monica is fluent in both Hindi and Punjabi, which has proven invaluable in her ability to communicate effectively with a diverse patient population.
