Dr. Samuel Strothman is a podiatric physician with Desert Foot & Ankle.
He earned his undergraduate degree in Biology from Bellarmine University in Louisville, Kentucky in 2017. He received his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from the Midwestern University Arizona College of Podiatric Medicine in 2022. Dr. Strothman completed his residency training at the Norton Audubon Hospital Podiatric Residency Program in Louisville, Kentucky in 2025.
Dr. Strothman provides comprehensive foot and ankle care with a focus on both conservative and surgical treatment approaches. His clinical interests include limb salvage, diabetic foot care, sports medicine, trauma care, wound management, and advanced reconstructive foot and ankle surgery. He is trained in arthroscopy, minimally invasive surgery, Lapiplasty, regenerative treatments, and complex reconstructive procedures, allowing him to tailor treatment plans to each patient’s needs.
Outside of work, Dr. Strothman enjoys outdoor activities including hiking and biking, traveling with his wife, trying new restaurants, and exploring Arizona.
