Dr. Laramie Tescher is a podiatric physician with The Foot & Ankle Clinic of Montana.
She earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of North Dakota in 2016 before receiving her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from Midwestern University – Arizona College of Podiatric Medicine in 2022. Dr. Tescher completed a rigorous three-year surgical residency at Detroit Medical Center, a Level I trauma center, where she served as Chief Resident. She then completed a specialized fellowship in Podiatric Lower Extremity Surgery and Research at CHRISTUS Health in 2026, focusing on total ankle replacement, deformity correction, and complex rearfoot and ankle reconstruction.
Dr. Tescher provides comprehensive foot and ankle care with expertise in both conservative and surgical treatment. She has advanced training in minimally invasive surgery, trauma surgery, reconstructive foot and ankle surgery, external fixation techniques, total ankle replacement, and deformity correction. Her clinical interests also include diabetic foot care, Charcot reconstruction, regenerative treatments, pediatric podiatry, sports medicine, wound care, and advanced limb preservation. She is Board Qualified in both Foot Surgery and Reconstructive Rearfoot/Ankle Surgery by ABFAS® and is committed to delivering individualized treatment plans that help patients regain mobility and improve their quality of life.
Outside of work, Dr. Tescher enjoys spending time with her fiancé and family, as well as spending time at the lake and camping. Having grown up in the ranching and rodeo community of North Dakota, she continues to enjoy the outdoors and an active lifestyle.
