Dr. Josh Joseph is a podiatric physician with Desert Foot and Ankle.
He earned his Bachelor of Science in Medical Sciences with a minor in Biomedical Physics from the University of South Florida in 2018 before receiving his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from Barry University School of Podiatric Medicine in 2023. Dr. Joseph completed his residency at HCA Florida JFK Hospital in Atlantis, Florida in 2026. His residency included a high volume of advanced reconstructive procedures, sports medicine, trauma care, arthroscopy, and total ankle replacement surgery.
Dr. Joseph provides comprehensive foot and ankle care with expertise in both conservative and surgical treatment. His clinical interests include reconstructive foot and ankle surgery, total ankle replacement, minimally invasive surgery, sports medicine, diabetic foot care, limb salvage, trauma, arthroscopy, and hindfoot reconstruction. He has a particular passion for complex reconstructive procedures, including primary and revision total ankle replacement and hindfoot arthrodesis. While he has extensive surgical training, Dr. Joseph believes surgery should only be considered after conservative treatment options have been thoroughly explored, allowing patients to receive the most appropriate and individualized care for their condition.
Outside of work, Dr. Joseph enjoys playing basketball, football, golf, and pickleball, as well as fishing, hiking, cooking, and spending time with his Goldendoodle, Bear.
Dr. Joseph supports patients in English, Malayalam, and Spanish.
