A Massachusetts native, Cynthia Syiek’s greatest pleasure has always been to help her patients return to what they love to do!
“Specializing in hand therapy since 2002 has always been fascinating, rewarding, and exciting,” said Cynthia.
She graduated from the University of Massachusetts/Amherst with an undergraduate degree in Human Services/ Counseling. She then graduated with a master’s degree in occupational therapy from the University of Southern California and has been practicing occupational therapy ever since.
Cynthia received her credential as a certified hand therapist in 2006. She is skilled in treating most hand and elbow injuries and conditions and enjoys fabricating all types of orthoses.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with loved ones, playing pickleball, hiking, kayaking, biking, reading, and playing the drums with a band.
